Refunds
Manx leathers are happy to accept returns or make exchanges on any stock item, (on receipt of an emailed explanation, stating a legitimate reason for returning the said item.) The said item must be returned within 14 days from the date of our dispatch and must be returned in the original packaging, in pristine condition and of course unused. The customer however will incur packaging and shipping costs unless the issue lies with the company. Should the fault lie with Manx Leathers we offer a full refund of the item purchased and shipping costs incurred. A restocking and administration fee maybe appropriate should there not be a valid reason for the returned article.
SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
The company offer the most secure and reasonable form of service which is currently Isle of Man Postal Service in conjunction with Royal mail's Parcel Force World. Should you require another form of shipping company, please email us with your preferences and we shall inform you of the new shipment costs.
TAILOR MADE AND CUSTOMISED GARMENTS
A 50% deposit is required on all bespoke garments before the given start date of your order. This is usual taken when we place an order for the materials. This deposit is held in the unlikely case of the customer not upholding to the contract, in which case the deposit acts as a partial cover of the costs incurred by the company. Manx Leathers do not hold customer deposits until we, Manx Leathers and The Customer, are both committed to the particular order. The balance of the order is required before the item can be dispatched.When a customer has chosen a particular colour of leather, this may vary slightly due to the tanning process.In the unlikely event that the customer is unhappy with their garment, we request the customer contacts our office at their earliest convenience and if necessary, return the garment to us within 14 days for inspection. Overseas customers are given a time dispensation.Any error/problem with the garment due to the company will of course be rectified free of charge and shipping costs refunded, (shipping receipt required) Any issues resulting from no fault of the company may incur a minimal charge. The company shall inform the customer of such charges before carrying out any further work. For example, should the garment have a fitting issue and it equals the measurements the customer has supplied, the company cannot be held responsible, but will endeavour to correct any issued. Unfortunately refunds are not possible on bespoke garments due to their nature, they cannot be offered for resale to the general public.
TRADEMARKS
The trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on this Website are the property of Manx Leathers or other third parties. You are not permitted to use the Marks without the prior written consent of Manx Leathers or such third party who may own the Marks. Copying our website material for non commercial use is permitted as long as such material is not forwarded to any third parties, but kept solely on the visitor's local hard drive only. Copying material for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of the proprietor of Manx Leathers. You may not copy and alter our content in any way without the consent of Manx Leathers.
PRIVACY POLICY
Manx Leathers do not disclose any customer details to any third party or store any client's details electronically, except clients email addresses. You may copy any Website content to a local hard disk for business associated with Manx Leathers. You may print extracts of our Website content for your own personal use and / or your own internal business purposes (as appropriate) for business directly associated with Manx Leathers.
